As soon as your reservation is confirmed by deposit or final payment, we recommend that you register to the cruise line’s website or download their app to your smartphone. This will allow you to see and purchase options like internet service, drink packages, shore excursions, onboard activities, and most importantly, you’ll be able to check-in online to get your boarding passes and set-up your onboard expense account, for which you may need to provide your credit card information. Each cruise company has different policies regarding credit card holds

Please note, many options sell out early. Most purchase options are available only until three days before sailing, and the online check-in function may be restricted during this time. In this case, checking-in will only be possible in person at the cruise terminal. Bring all your documents along with your cruise confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

1) Due to current immigration policies, all travelers must make sure that they have the proper travel visas, residency cards and valid passports in their possession. Student visas, ESTA visas, parole, TPS and other travel documents each have specific restrictions that could affect your immigration status if you ignore them. Since we cannot monitor all the different situations, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you are complying.

2)BELARUS, CRIMEA, CUBA, IRAN NORTH KOREA, RUSSIA, SUDAN, SYRIA and UKRAINE and other countries are currently subject to TRADE SANCTIONS by the U.S. Government. Passport holders of any of these countries may need to provide additional documentation and proof of residency in a non-sanctioned country to be cleared for by the cruise line and must check-in in person at the cruise terminal. These requirements change frequently, and WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED, so please contact the cruise line directly or your embassy/consulate for information about current restrictions.
